9. Conditions and Processes

Self-exclusion is a voluntary facility for those wishing to cease gambling for a specific period, which can be temporary or permanent.

By opting for self-exclusion, you agree to the terms outlined below, effective once you receive a confirmation email. This email will confirm the start and end dates of your self-exclusion period and is sent exclusively to the email address associated with your account.

Upon receiving an email request for self-exclusion, we initiate a 24-hour cooling-off period where all associated accounts are temporarily disabled. After this, you must confirm your desired duration of self-exclusion—options include 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. If no confirmation is received within an additional 24 hours, your account(s) will be reactivated.

For those choosing permanent self-exclusion, specifics will be required during the setup process. Occasionally, we may impose a brief self-exclusion if deemed beneficial to the user, communicated via email and subject to the same terms.

During self-exclusion:

  • You must not maintain any balances in your account.
  • Access to the account will be blocked, and no withdrawals can be made.
  • Any active bets at the time of self-exclusion will be settled using the Cash Out function; these bets will not remain active nor be reinstated post-exclusion.
  • You will forfeit any accrued benefits, bonuses, or promotions.
  • A self-exclusion request is binding for the specified period and cannot be shortened. Permanent exclusions remain indefinitely.
  • We strive to enforce self-exclusion diligently, yet we cannot be held responsible if you manage to bypass our systems and gamble or open new accounts. We will close any such accounts upon detection.
  • You are expected not to gamble or open new accounts during your self-exclusion. Violations may result in the termination of bets and further actions.

After your self-exclusion period ends, your account will automatically reopen, confirmed via email to your registered address.
